Hello there!
Here are four tracks on this newly released Billy-T EP (Billyana) for your next road trip!
Every Saturday Night is inspired by Hussey who's banjo entertained Shackleton's stranded Antarctic explorers every Saturday night for many months, as they sat out Plans A, B and C.
She's A Fighter is a big nod to Anika Molesworth (Our Sunburnt Country), an inspirational young woman, cultivating ideas for protection of our planet.
Diamonds In The Sky recognises Karlie Noon and Krystal De Napoli, two young indigenous astronomers (Sky Country) and their brilliant work with traditional owners. Together they are reigniting the extensive ancestral and contemporary memory archive, as reflected between the land and the night sky.
Melancholy Eyes sings about shared road trip experiences, nomadic freedom and mortality - 'still love that endless roadie'.
