Breeze wafts in, with a fresh of gum leaves
Spring has taken over this place

Gotta love that warbling with the sunrise
Hard to beat that coffee high

Simple things can get you by

Love barefeet on verandah boards
Get wood to feed the rusty stove
Smell of coffee gets me warm inside
I’m addicted to this place, you know

Pot of lovin brewin on the old kooka stove
Chopping wood to make the fire box glow
It’s spring time, watch the wild ones play
Maggy’s feeds on crumbs around our toes
